Bookings & Payments:

To secure your non-bridal booking, you must book via sarahpeartbeauty.com where you will pay the full amount of the appointment. For bridal bookings, a 50% deposit fee must be transferred into Sarah Peart ARTISTRY/S bank account to secure your date. All deposits and booking payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Only in the event of a natural disaster or the effect of a State or National pandemic lockdown can the client reschedule their booking to a later date within a 12 months period from their original booked date of credit transfer. In the event Sarah Peart is sick, contagious or hospitalised, OR IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME WEATHER EG A TOTAL FIRE BAN DAY, Sarah will offer a refund for the booking or if preferred by the client, Sarah will help locate a Makeup Artist in the similar makeup style to take over the booking for her. If the client is to contract Covid-19, the client is entitled to a credit note for 12 month from cancellation. On the day of your appointment, any extra services will increase the total appointment costs on the day.

Please note, due to high demand and time allocations, bookings cannot be changed from original arrangements to shorten the number of people in your booking. If you wish to add on services or change appointment times, please speak with Sarah and she will try accommodate where possible. Additional services will result in a surcharge. change in appointment times may result in an additional fee.

STUDIO APPOINTMENTS:

Please understand that due to limited studio space, Sarah kindly asks that you come to your appointments alone and have friends/family wait in the car or in the waiting area of the studio.

Allergies & other:

Prior to your booking, it is the responsibility of the person booking in the appointment to report any allergies that they or other people in their booking may have, including but not limited to; hair ingredient allergies, cosmetics ingredients allergies and food allergies.

Destination weddings:

If required to travel excessive hours to arrive on location or for a job for a multiple day period, the client is obligated to pay all travel expenses including, car hire, flights, accommodation, meals, etc.​

COVID- 19 Policy:

By booking in with Sarah Peart you agree that you are compliant and understanding of the following statements:

You do not currently have any Flu-like symptoms including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of sense of smell or taste - no matter how mild.

You have not been instructed by a Health Official to isolate or quarantine because you:

1. are a close contact, or

2. you have been tested for Covid-19 and are waiting for your test result, or

3. you have returned from overseas in the past 7 days, or

4. you live with a Covid-positive person, or

5. you have tested positive to Covid-19 in the past 7 days

Pre-appointment beauty tips:

It is recommended that the client follows the following pre-appointment beauty tips 24 hours prior to your booking for the most flawless beauty transformation:

  • Stay super hydrated before the appointment. 

  • Exfoliate skin prior to makeup application to ensure best results. 

  • Clean skin before makeup application. 

  • Don’t try any new skincare products or facial treatments

  • Waxing should be completed at least 3 days prior to the booking 

  • It is best not to have lash lifts as this interferes with the makeup process
